Workshops & Training

When we QuestLife we become inspired with a clarity and flow towards actions that feed and nurture us.

Our range of workshops and trainings help to inspire creativity, wellbeing, aspirational and professional, and organisation development. You tell us what you want to explore or the community/staff that you are working with, then we tailor an engaging experience to meet your objectives.

Here’s a flavour of some of our work

Hackney Museum

Participation workshops to support Hackney Museum’s Hackney’s Got Style Exhibition. Over 8 weeks we worked with Hackney Museum reaching 2,600 school children and adults. The workshops explored the history and impact of African & Caribbean hair and fashion in Hackney. The children also explored their own sense of identity and creativity through a range of interactive tasks that included role play, design, artwork and creative writing. What’s In a Name

What’s In a Name is a workshop designed to help participants explore aspects of their identity. Our names are like a calling card and announces us to the world. The workshop gives the opportunity to explore the inner meaning of our name, to be in full alignment with how we present ourselves in the world. This workshop is also suitable for exploring branding. Images from this workshop were taken at Black Girl Fest, an arts and cultural event celebrating Black women and girls. For more information on this workshop or to hire us,

Menstruation to Menopause

Menstruation to Menopause is an art and storytelling project that explores the journey taken between menstruation to menopause to increase awareness about reproductive wellbeing.

Due to stigma, the word menopause may never be used by women over 45. But if you are working with women in this age group, menopause will definitely be part of their lived experience.

Menstruation to Menopause is an art and storytelling project that explores the journey taken between menstruation to menopause to increase awareness about reproductive wellbeing.

We tailor training for professionals supporting women over 45, eg psychological departments, social prescribers, community groups, practice nurses.

This project has been supported by Mayor of London, Arts Council England, Phoenix Fund, National Lottery Community Fund, Global Fund for Children and Reel Rebels Radio.
